I’ve tried to focus on gratitude throughout this journey in a more intentional way. When things get tough or a situation feels dire, I’ve learned to quickly find the good. Or, sometimes, maybe just the not-so-terrible 🤣 Update on Michael- Cardiologist just left. The echocardiogram looked good! Just barely abnormal, meaning very little damage. Once all of the discharge tasks get done, we’ll be on our way home! A lot can happen in a day, that’s for sure. Today is LGSOC Awareness Day. Symptoms of ovarian cancer usually go overlooked because they are things most women feel at some point. Today is the first day of Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month. I plan to share a lot during the month, and I hope you’ll stick around for it. My ♥️ is full of gratitude for these two. Meet my amazing nurse, Wendy, and PA Kelly. It’s been a while….. One of my dearest friends started chemotherapy today, and I’m just sick about it. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. I’m hopeful that my experiences will help me better serve her and anyone in my life in need of help, love, and support.
