Today is LGSOC Awareness Day. Symptoms of ovarian cancer usually go overlooked because they are things most women feel at some point. Today is the first day of Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month. I plan to share a lot during the month, and I hope you’ll stick around for it. My ♥️ is full of gratitude for these two. Meet my amazing nurse, Wendy, and PA Kelly. It’s been a while….. One of my dearest friends started chemotherapy today, and I’m just sick about it. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. I’m hopeful that my experiences will help me better serve her and anyone in my life in need of help, love, and support. TMI? Today is National Cancer Survivor Day. What does that mean, and who is a survivor? I think it means anyone who has been diagnosed, is currently undergoing treatment, has cancer, is in remission…. You get the picture. If all goes well, by this time tomorrow I will be ileostomy free!! Meaning, my small intestine will be reconnected and *hopefully* all my plumbing will work as it should.
